Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If your item was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for personalized, digital, or special sale items.

✨ Custom Orders Policy
To ensure your expectations are met:

A conversation about your custom order is required before purchase. This helps us confirm your vision and what I can create for you.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a design preview for your approval.

Orders will not ship without your approval, since returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom items.
🔄 Revisions:

Each design includes up to 2 changes.

After 2 changes, a $5.00 revision fee applies per additional change.
⚠️ Important:
We reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund if a custom order is placed without prior conversation or outside of the 4-week processing time.
