1. General Information

All of our items are handmade and crafted with care. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these terms of service and all store policies listed on our website.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already started.

Standard orders are processed and shipped according to the “Weekend Needed By” date you select at checkout.
Custom orders require up to 6 weeks of processing time before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. KraftyGlow is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
All packages include supplementary insurance equal to the order value.

Custom orders are items designed and crafted specifically for each client. They are not available in our regular catalog.
A discussion with the customer must happen before placing a custom order. Orders placed without prior communication may be canceled and refunded.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a preview of the design. Your order will not ship until you approve the design.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted for custom orders.
Each design includes up to 2 revisions. Additional changes incur a $10.00 fee per revision.

Because of the nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

All designs, photos, and content on KraftyGlow are the exclusive property of KraftyGlow.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or images without written permission.

KraftyGlow is not liable for indirect damages such as missed events due to shipping delays, carrier issues, or customer errors in providing information.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed.
