🎨 Custom Orders & Regular Orders Processing Times

Custom Orders: are items designed and crafted from scratch and are not part of our regular catalog. These require a 3-week processing time. Orders are shipped approximately 1 week before the event date provided by the customer.

Regular Orders: These require a 1 week processing time aprox.

🚚 Lost / Delayed Orders

We always ship on time for your desired event date. However, please note:

• We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped.

• All packages include supplementary insurance equal to the order value for extra peace of mind.
