Custom Orders Information
We absolutely love bringing your ideas to life!
Please note that all custom orders require up to 3 weeks of processing time before shipping.
Here’s how it works:

It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to carefully design and assemble your custom order.

To make sure everything is perfect, we’ll have a quick chat before you place your order. This way, we can confirm your vision and what I can create for you.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a preview of the design made especially for your event.

Your order will only ship once you’ve approved the design (since returns and exchanges are not available for custom items).
Changes: Each design includes up to 2 revisions. After that, additional changes will have a small $5.00 fee per revision.
Please keep in mind:
We may cancel and issue a full refund if a custom order is placed without a prior conversation or if it falls outside of the 3-week processing window.
